AIR HANDS MANIFEST (2011): Dating back to ancient Egypt, palm reading is said to provide mind/body information. An incredibly insightful palm reading by Lisa Greenfield inspired this work which echoes the belief we’re in the process of shifting from a mind-centered world to a heart-centered one. The butterflies in chrysalis stage, a young fern frond, an ever vigilant crow, the noble intuitive horse, the powerful jaguar –god of the underworld to the Mayans – and Peruvian oracle images foretell the death of old and anticipation of what is to come.

FLUID OF GENERATION (2011): This work was created in honor of a gathering of nine women on January 8th to celebrate our accomplishments and friendship. January 8th is the day of Eileithyia, the Aegean Goddess of birth and creative power.

Some women begin listening to their Selves and, experience-tested, realize the world is not as they were led to believe.
